昨日はメタトロンセラピーを受けてきました。
音叉ヒーリングでお世話になっている、 空さんが新しく始めたセラピー 。
｢メタトロン｣は、東洋医学やアーユルヴェーダなどの考えが広く取り入れられており、世界最先端技術と伝承医学の融合による心身のバランスをチェックする健康機器です。
身体の自己回復、恒常性の力をサポートするため、ロシアの研究所によって開発され、ロシア、ヨーロッパを中心に世界中に普及しています。
着衣のままで、周波数（1Hz～9Hz）によって情報伝達がうまく出来ているかを測定し、細部（約800箇所）にわたって身体のバランス状態をチェックします。

結果は状態もよくて、 バランスも取れているとのことでした。
毎月の音叉ヒーリングと、パソコン作業中に聞いている ヒーリングミュージックや周波数、寝る前の呼吸法のたまものかな。 なんて思います。
