戻りました / I have returned

昨日、戻ってきました。
所用で北海道の千歳へ行ってました。
桜も咲いて昼間はだいぶ暖かい 。
でも夕方から冷たい風が吹くので とても寒かった。
ちょっぴり風邪ひいちゃいました。
美味しい食事をたくさん食べて 太ったかも...
今日から控えめに切り替えます。
