今日は友人と映画「永遠のヨギー ヨガをめぐる奇跡の旅」を見てきました。
ザ・ビートルズやスティーブ・ジョブズら 多くの著名人に影響を与えたとされる、ヨガの伝道師パラマハンサ・ヨガナンダの 生涯に迫ったドキュメンタリー映画です。
場所は渋谷のアップリンク。
見たいと思いつつ、まだ見ていないブルックリンが人気のようでした。
映画の内容は、私の表現力では全く言い表せない のですが、神髄はみんな一緒なんだなぁと、改めて感じた映画でした。
なんだかもやもやしているという方に オススメかなと思います。
とても分厚い本の様ですが、 本も読んでみようかな。
そしてブラッスリーヴィロンでランチ。
1階には美味しいパンやケーキなどがあり、2階はレストランになっています。
久しぶりのガールズトークに 夢中になってしまい、写真を忘れた。
早くから外出したので 渋谷もさほど人がいなかったし、とても有意義な1日を過ごせました。
