昨夜の熊本での地震、びっくりでした。
余震もおさまり、穏やかになりますように。
1日も早く、地震予知が出来るようになって欲しいなと思います。
昨日は「余裕」って大切だね。 ということについて、知人と話をしていました。
忙しい中にも余裕があれば、急な出来事にも適切な対応が出来るし、相手が理解出来るように回答も出来るし、 穏やかな精神状態でいられて、相手にも安心感を与えることが出来ます。
「余裕がない」と言いがちな今日このごろですが、1日5分でも、自分で自分の余裕を作り出しませんか？
